Arrest Made in Fatal Assault on Midwood Smokehouse General Manager in Raleigh

A man has been arrested and charged with murder after allegedly punching and killing a restaurant worker in Raleigh's Glenwood South area. The victim, David Millette, was the general manager at a barbecue restaurant and sustained serious injuries when he fell and hit his head during the altercation. Despite efforts to save him, Millette passed away. The arrest comes as the Raleigh Police Department aims to address the persistent crime problem in the area by increasing police presence and implementing safety measures.
