Arrest Made in Downey Restaurant Shooting that Injured 4

A man from Simi Valley, Temo Gaxiola, has been taken into custody in connection to a shooting at a Downey restaurant that left four people critically injured. Gaxiola and a woman were escorted out of the bar earlier in the evening due to unruly behavior. Witnesses reported that Gaxiola returned a few minutes later in a dark-colored SUV and fired shots towards the bar before fleeing the scene. The woman initially considered a person of interest has been identified and is not believed to be a suspect.
