An Amazon big rig crashed into two other vehicles and a building on I-5 in Lathrop, California, after multiple shots were fired at it. The driver was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries. The CHP confirmed that shots had been fired and the shooting is under investigation. The northbound I-5 is closed at the Highway 120/Manteca Bypass, and the westbound Highway 120 to northbound I-5 connector ramp is also closed. No information about the victim or a possible suspect has been released.
