Accused Boston rapist proposed to fiancée weeks before arrest.

Matthew Nilo, a cyber claims attorney, appeared in court in New Jersey after being linked to a string of Boston rapes that occurred between August 2007 and December 2008 through forensic genealogy and DNA analysis. Nilo waived his right to an extradition hearing and will be extradited to Boston for his arraignment. Nilo's social media profiles show him proposing to his fiancée just weeks before his arrest. He has been indicted in Superior Court in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, but has not been arraigned yet.
