2-year-old found wandering street after carjacking near Oakland Coliseum

A 2-year-old boy was found wandering the street after a carjacking suspect abandoned him in San Leandro, California. The child was reunited with his mother after being taken from a stolen vehicle in Oakland. The mother's quick thinking, along with the help of law enforcement and strangers, led to the recovery of her car and the apprehension of the suspect. The suspect, identified as 34-year-old Viorel Andrei Morari, was arrested on suspicion of kidnapping, carjacking, and child abuse.
