A 13-year-old boy is facing charges of vehicular manslaughter and evading with injuries after causing a fatal crash in Woodland, California. The teen was driving erratically and refused to pull over when police attempted to stop him, leading to a pursuit. He eventually crashed into two other vehicles, causing a fire that killed one person and injured ten others, including himself.
