"Orlando Commissioner Regina Hill Suspended After Arrest for Theft and Fraud"

Florida GOP Governor Ron DeSantis has suspended Democrat Orlando commissioner Regina Hill after she was arrested for allegedly stealing over $100,000 from a 96-year-old woman, using a power of attorney to finance a luxurious lifestyle including a new house, facelift, and personal expenses. The investigation was initiated after a fired employee tipped off the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, and it is alleged that Hill's son and girlfriend now reside in the house acquired through power of attorney. The City of Orlando has stated that it had only recently become aware of the claims.
