Man Who Went Over Niagara Falls in 1990 Identified 32 Years Later

A body found on the shores of Lake Ontario in 1992 has been identified as Vincent C. Stack, a man from Buffalo who went missing in Niagara Falls State Park in 1990. It is believed that Stack went over the falls and his remains drifted over 140 miles before washing up on Oswego's shores. The identification was made through familial DNA matching, and Stack's family has been notified. The sheriff's office is also investigating a similar unidentified remains case from 1983.
