He also owes nearly $1 million in unpaid taxes and has debts to various law firms. The list of nonsecured creditors includes Dominion and Smartmatic election machine companies, Hunter Biden, and a former Giuliani employee. Giuliani's bankruptcy lawyers stated that the filing will allow him to pursue an appeal and ensure fair treatment of all creditors.
