Pearl, a two-year-old chihuahua, has been certified by Guinness World Records as the world's shortest dog, measuring exactly 3.59 inches tall and 5 inches long. Pearl is the niece of the previous record holder, Miracle Milly, who measured 3.8 inches tall. Pearl is a bit of a diva who loves dressing up and counts chicken and salmon among her favorite foods. She has a heavy-looking bejeweled collar and has made her big-screen debut on GWR's Italian TV program Lo Show dei Record. Pearl now takes her place in a long line of short dogs.
