A man has been arrested after brutally kicking a 15-year-old Yorky terrier named Bart in Venice Beach, leaving the dog with a traumatic brain injury and unable to stand. Good Samaritans stepped in to care for Bart, who remains at an animal hospital undergoing veterinary care. A GoFundMe has been set up to help with Bart's medical bills. The suspect, identified as Michael Langman, is facing charges for the attack and is in custody. Bart's owner is glad her beloved pet is alive and beginning to make a slow recovery.
