Tragic Helicopter Crash Claims Lives of All On Board in Alaska Lake

A helicopter carrying a pilot and three state workers crashed into a lake on Alaska's North Slope, with no survivors located. The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has deployed a rescue and recovery dive team to the accident site, but challenges with the lake crash site and the availability of another helicopter mean that the wreckage won't be recovered until Monday or Tuesday. The helicopter had been chartered by the Alaska Department of Natural Resources, and the names of the pilot and passengers will be released pending notification of next of kin.
