Tragic Copter Crash Claims Lives of 4, Including 3 Alaska State Workers

Four people, including three Alaska state workers, are presumed dead after a helicopter chartered by the Alaska Department of Natural Resources crashed into a remote lake. The crash occurred on Thursday evening, and efforts are underway to recover the wreckage and remains. The National Transportation Board is investigating the cause of the crash, and volunteers from the Alaska Dive Search, Rescue, and Recovery Team have been activated to assist with recovery.
