Winter Storm Causes Deadly Crashes in Nebraska

Two Lincoln residents were killed in a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 80 near North Platte during a winter storm. The crash occurred when a GMC Yukon lost control, crossed the median, and collided with an eastbound Honda SUV and a semitrailer. The two occupants of the Yukon were ejected and pronounced dead at the scene, while four occupants of the Honda sustained serious injuries. The Nebraska State Patrol responded to multiple crashes and motorist assists due to the storm.
