Tragic Crashes Claim Lives of Children in Laurens County

A child has died in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 76 at Chestnut Ridge Road in Laurens County. The driver of a Chevrolet pickup failed to yield right of way at a stop sign and collided with a Cadillac SUV. The driver of the pickup was injured, while the driver and two passengers in the SUV were also injured and taken to the hospital. The identity of the deceased child has not been released.
