Multiple Beach Walkway Collapses Injure Dozens of Summer Camp Teens in Texas

A walkway collapsed at Stahlman Park in Surfside Beach, Texas, injuring 19 teenagers from a church camp. The cause of the incident is under investigation, but none of the injuries were life-threatening. The victims were between 14 and 18 years old, and five were life-flighted, five were transported by ambulance, and nine were taken by private vehicles to hospitals. The Bayou City Fellowship summer camp was visiting from the Houston metropolitan area.
