"Multi-car crash in Portsmouth leaves 2 hospitalized and neighborhood without power"

Two people were hospitalized and a neighborhood in Portsmouth, Rhode Island, lost power after a multi-car crash involving three cars and a logging truck. The driver of the crushed car suffered serious injuries and was taken to Rhode Island Hospital, while another victim sustained minor head injuries. The driver of the logging truck was unharmed, and three other individuals involved declined treatment. Power is expected to be out for several hours, and the scene clearance will take time.
