72-year-old man loses leg in alligator attack at Florida RV park

A 72-year-old man lost his leg below the knee in an alligator attack at Great Outdoors RV Nature & Golf Resort in Titusville, Florida. The victim was airlifted to a trauma center, and an alligator trapper was dispatched to the area. Two alligators were removed, but it's not known whether either of those caught was responsible for the attack. Wildlife experts warn that feeding alligators can make them more comfortable with humans and advise people to avoid getting close to them and to back up quickly if they encounter one.
