Man in custody for stabbing; Des Moines takes action against West Nile virus; Sexual abuse allegations rock East Grand Forks

A man was transported to Altru with stab wounds in Grand Forks, North Dakota. The attacker had already left the scene when police arrived, but a 48-year-old man known to the victim was arrested a few blocks away. Charges have not been filed yet, but the suspect is accused of aggravated assault. The victim's condition is currently unknown, and there is no believed threat to the public.
