"Riviera Beach Plans Waterfront Margaritaville Hotel"

Developers in South Florida are proposing to build a Margaritaville-branded hotel at the Riviera Beach Marina, adjacent to the Margaritaville at Sea cruise ship. The hotel would feature a restaurant, bar, lounge, and three additional restaurant pads. The project still needs approval from the Community Redevelopment Agency and the city council, but there is support for the development. If all goes well, construction could begin by December, with hopes of bringing more tourism and development to the area.
