Beyoncé and Jay-Z have reportedly purchased a Malibu estate for $200 million, making it the most expensive home ever sold in California. The 40,000-square-foot home, designed by renowned architect Tadao Ando, sits on 8 acres and features a water feature, pool, and concrete construction. The property was initially listed for $295 million. This is the couple's second major real estate purchase in California, following their $88 million purchase of a Bel-Air mansion in 2017.
