Beyoncé and Jay-Z have purchased a futuristic mega-mansion in Malibu for $200 million, setting a new record for the most expensive home sale in California. The 30,000-square-foot spread was designed by award-winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando and features sweeping, floor-to-ceiling glass walls, two swimming pools, and an eight-acre property overlooking the ocean. The property was previously owned by renowned contemporary art collectors Bill and Maria Bell, who commissioned Ando to create the ultra-modern compound.
