US Think-Tank Challenges Release of Prince Harry's Visa Records in Court

The Heritage Foundation, a US conservative think-tank, is appealing for the release of Prince Harry's visa application form submitted in advance of his relocation to California in January 2020. The think-tank insists the application is of "immense public interest" in light of the Duke's subsequent confessions of past illegal drug use as a teenager and as an adult. The US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) previously turned down a request for the form under the Freedom of Information Act, stating that it would need Prince Harry's consent in order to do so.
