Gary Young, the original drummer for indie-rock band Pavement, has passed away at the age of 70. Young played a crucial role in the band's influential debut album, "Slanted and Enchanted," and his studio, Louder Than You Think, served as the recording space for the album. Known for his wild onstage antics, Young's contributions to Pavement's sound and live performances were highly regarded.
