Christine McVie's Cause of Death Revealed as Stroke and Cancer.

Christine McVie, the British vocalist and keyboardist best known for her work with Fleetwood Mac, died of an ischemic stroke in November at the age of 79. Her death certificate also listed "metastatic malignancy of unknown primary origin" as a secondary cause of death. McVie had previously described a chronic back problem that made it difficult for her to stand. Her former bandmates paid tribute to her on social media, with Stevie Nicks sharing lyrics to Haim's "Hallelujah" in memory of her "best friend in the whole world."
