Former WWE employee Janel Grant has filed a lawsuit accusing WWE boss Vince McMahon and former head of talent John Laurinaitis of sexually trafficking her to entice wrestling talent, as well as sexually assaulting her at WWE headquarters. She alleges that McMahon pressured her into a physical relationship in exchange for promises of employment and forced her to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) after his wife discovered the affair. The lawsuit seeks to invalidate the NDA and claims violations of the Trafficking Victims Prevention Act, while WWE's parent company, TKO Group Holdings, stated that McMahon does not oversee the day-to-day operations of WWE and is addressing the matter internally.
