The 24-year-old model has been battling autoimmune and chronic illnesses for years, including Lyme disease, Epstein-Barr virus, encephalitis, and Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorders Associated with Streptococcal Infections (PANDAS). Despite the health scare, Hamlin managed to finish filming the video and channel her pain into the emotional performance.
