Dolph Lundgren's 8-Year Private Cancer Battle Amid Filming 'Aquaman 2'

Actor Dolph Lundgren revealed in an interview that his kidney cancer had spread and he was told he had only two or three years left to live. Lundgren had previously had a tumor removed in 2015 and had been doing regular scans until 2020 when more tumors were discovered. He began systemic therapy and treatment similar to lung cancer treatment, which has been shrinking his tumors by around 30 percent within a three-month period. Lundgren is currently in the process of removing the remaining scar tissue in the tumors and hopes that the medication he is taking will suppress any further cancer activity.
