Dolph Lundgren's 8-Year Cancer Battle and Age Difference with Fiancée Emma Krokdal

Actor Dolph Lundgren has revealed that he has been privately battling cancer on and off for the last eight years. Doctors discovered and removed a cancerous tumor on his kidney in 2015, and he has been undergoing scans every six months since then. In 2020, more tumors were discovered, and Lundgren had to start systemic therapy. Further tumors were discovered in 2021, and Lundgren was given a prognosis of two to three years to live. However, a second opinion led to an overhaul of his treatment, and his tumors have shrunk by upwards of 90%. Lundgren will undergo surgery to remove the remaining tumors, and the hope is for no further cancer activity.
