Actress Amanda Bynes was placed on a psychiatric hold after she was found wandering naked in the streets of downtown Los Angeles. Bynes called 911 herself and was taken to a nearby police station where she was placed on a psychiatric hold under the direction of a mental health team. Bynes has mostly stayed out of the spotlight since her years-long conservatorship was terminated last March.
