The actor had acquired surrounding properties, one of which belonged to the elderly man. Elvira star Cassandra Peterson, who sold her home to Pitt in 1994, revealed that the actor was always kind and sweet to her throughout their years as neighbors. Pitt recently sold the Hollywood Hills estate after nearly three decades of owning and remodeling it.
