Disney World Halts Annual Pass Sales Amid High Demand and Controversy

Walt Disney World will pause sales of its Annual Passes at 11:00p.m. EDT and resume sales tomorrow morning. Guests who remain in the virtual queue overnight will keep their place in line. Three out of the four pass tiers have not been available for purchase since November 2021, and existing passholders can renew their passes outside of their renewal window. The passes are limited, and waiting in a queue does not guarantee ownership. The price for each pass tier has increased, and blockout dates vary depending on the selected tier.
