Curtain Call for "Bad Cinderella" on Broadway

Bad Cinderella, the Andrew Lloyd Webber musical, will have its final Broadway performance on June 4 at the Imperial Theatre after receiving no Tony Award nominations. The musical reimagines the classic fairytale to center around a damsel who is not in distress. Despite the well-known name in its title and on its creative team, Bad Cinderella struggled to find an audience and received negative reviews. Its closure marks the first time Broadway has not had an Andrew Lloyd Webber musical running since 1979.
