Artem Chigvintsev's Absence from 'DWTS' Latin Night Explained

Dancing With the Stars pro Artem Chigvintsev will not be dancing in tonight's episode due to testing positive for COVID-19. Former Bachelorette Charity Lawson will perform her Latin Night number with troupe member Ezra Sosa in Chigvintsev's absence. Lawson and Chigvintsev received the highest scores in the premiere episode, while Veep alum Matt Walsh and partner Koko Iwasaki were eliminated. The judges' save, which had been used in past seasons, has been scrapped for this season.
