Marlon Wayans Fights Racial Profiling in Airline Incident

Comedian Marlon Wayans is seeking to have a citation for disturbing the peace thrown out, claiming he was racially targeted by a United Airlines agent at the Denver airport. Wayans' attorney argues that his reaction was justified after being singled out based on his race, while white passengers with the same number of bags were allowed to board the plane. Wayans has expressed his intention to fly with Delta instead of United in the future.
