The singer accused the medical staff at Chicago’s Metropolitan Correctional Center of botching the procedure and treating him inhumanely. Kelly's lawyer had previously criticized the MCC's lack of medical assistance to inmates. Kelly is currently serving 30 years in prison after being convicted of sex trafficking.
