Taylor Swift fans left empty-handed after StubHub seller fails to deliver tickets

Two Bay Area moms bought Taylor Swift concert tickets for their daughters on StubHub, but six months later, the seller reneged on the sale. StubHub's Fan Protection Guarantee entitled them to a full refund or "comparable-or-better tickets," but comparable seats were now listed for $13,000 to $17,000. After complaining to StubHub and receiving no help, the moms contacted ABC7's 7 On Your Side team, who reached out to StubHub. An hour and a half later, StubHub provided four seats in a section similar to their original seats, for no extra cost.
