Artscape 2023: Must-see highlights and diverse flavors of Baltimore

Artscape 2023, the signature Baltimore arts festival, is returning this weekend after a four-year hiatus. The festival will feature approximately 175 visual artists, over 60 musicians and performers, and 47 food and beverage vendors. Highlights include commissioned murals by artists Adam Stab, Jaz Erenberg, and Maya Hayuk, as well as a new indoor exhibition showcasing Baltimore and regional artists. For the first time, fashion will be spotlighted as an art form with the debut of Project Artscape. The musical lineup includes Grammy Award winners Anderson .Paak and Muni Long, tAngelo Moore of Fishbone, and a performance by Jonathon Heyward, the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's new music director. The festival's footprint has expanded into the Station North Arts District, and public transportation will be free throughout the weekend.
