Southwest Pilot Climbs Through Cockpit Window to Unlock Plane Door Before Flight

A Southwest Airlines pilot climbed through a cockpit window after a customer inadvertently locked the flight deck door during the boarding process. The incident occurred on a flight from San Diego to Sacramento, but the flight departed only eight minutes late. Passenger Matt Rexroad took photos of the incident and praised the pilot for going above and beyond to get the flight out.
