Man's $290,000 Lifetime Airline Pass Proves to be Best Investment.

Tom Stuker, a car dealership consultant from New Jersey, purchased a lifetime pass from United Airlines for $290,000 in 1990. He has since flown 23 million miles, more than any individual in history, and calls the pass the "best investment of my life." Stuker has redeemed countless numbers of miles and at one point didn't sleep in a bed for 12 days. United Airlines no longer offers such passes to its fliers.
