Frontier Airlines' Mix-Up Sends Passenger to Jamaica Instead of Jacksonville

A Frontier Airlines passenger, Beverly Ellis-Hebard, who was supposed to fly from Philadelphia to Jacksonville, ended up in Jamaica instead due to a last-minute gate change and a confusing boarding process. The gate agent reportedly stated her name out loud to confirm it was her and then invited her to board. Ellis-Hebard didn't even have a passport on her. Frontier Airlines has apologized and issued a $600 flight voucher as compensation.
