Emergency Landing of Delta Flight from JFK to LAX Injures Crew Member.

A Delta flight from JFK to LAX made an unscheduled landing in Utah due to technical difficulties. After a delay, the plane was ready to take off again when an inflatable slide at the rear of the plane was accidentally deployed inside the plane, hitting a Delta crew member who was taken to the hospital. Passengers were finally booked on a secondary aircraft that was scheduled to depart Utah for LA. Delta apologized for the delay and gave passengers 7,500 miles for the inconvenience.
