American Airlines Plane Returns to Gate on Fire at Charlotte Airport.

An American Airlines flight departing from Charlotte Douglas International Airport had to return to the gate due to mechanical difficulties. A passenger on the plane captured a video showing flames from under the airplane's wing as it taxied on the tarmac. The airline stated that the plane returned to the gate without assistance and was taken out of service for maintenance.
