Arby's faces lawsuit over employee's death in freezer.

Nguyet Le, a widowed mother of four and Arby's general manager, died of hypothermia after becoming trapped in the walk-in freezer of an Arby's in New Iberia, Louisiana. Le had relocated to Louisiana for a temporary assignment with the fast food chain. Her body was discovered by her son, who also worked at Arby's. The family has filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Arby's, alleging that the freezer door's latch had been broken for months.
