Arby's Faces Lawsuit After Employee's Tragic Freezer Death

The family of an Arby's manager who was found frozen to death inside a walk-in freezer is suing the fast-food chain for at least $1 million. The lawsuit alleges that the freezer was broken and employees often had to use a screwdriver to open it. The manager, Nguyet Le, was trapped inside for at least six hours in -10 degree conditions before police were called. Her four children claim she 'beat her hands bloody trying to escape'. The family is seeking damages for her death, past and future mental anguish, conscious pain and suffering, loss of support and loss of love and affection.
