Duggal believes that people have a perception that we're in the fiber optic world of AI, but we're far from it. He added that hype around AI has people freaked out for no reason. Duggal said that knowledge graphs show a greater degree of accuracy and understanding of context than large language models like OpenAI's GPT-4.
