"Nvidia Faces Lawsuit for Leaking Confidential Files in Video Meeting Mishap"

Nvidia is facing a lawsuit from automotive tech firm Valeo, alleging that one of its software engineers, Mohammad Moniruzzaman, stole Valeo's top-secret research and brought it to Nvidia. During a video call with Valeo, Moniruzzaman accidentally shared his screen and revealed source code that Valeo recognized as their own. Valeo conducted an IT audit and discovered that Moniruzzaman had downloaded their advanced parking and driving assistance systems source code without authorization. Moniruzzaman was convicted of unlawful acquisition of trade secrets by German authorities. Valeo is seeking restitution, damages, an injunction, and a declaration that Nvidia has no rights to use their confidential research.
