Amazon's Drone Delivery Revolutionizes Medication Distribution

Amazon has announced that it will begin delivering prescription medications by drone to eligible customers in College Station, Texas. Customers can access over 500 medications and have them delivered to their doorstep in less than 60 minutes at no additional cost. The drones are equipped with cameras to detect obstacles and will return to the fulfillment center if any are detected. To be eligible, customers must sign up for Prime Air and complete a yard survey. Despite internal changes, Amazon has successfully delivered household items via drones in College Station since late last year.
