The off-market purchase reportedly cost around $90 million, bringing his total investment in Indian Creek to $237 million. The new waterfront house features six bedrooms and is situated near the two properties Bezos acquired last year. Bezos plans to use the $90 million home as his residence while flattening his earlier-acquired properties. He expressed his intention to return to Miami with his fiancee, Lauren Sanchez, citing a shared love of the area and a desire to be near family and Blue Origin.
