"Federal Labor Board Accuses SpaceX of Illegally Retaliating Against Musk Critics"

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has filed a complaint against SpaceX, alleging the company illegally fired eight employees who criticized CEO Elon Musk's behavior on social media. The workers had written an open letter denouncing Musk's "disparaging" and "sexually charged" comments and the company's handling of workplace issues such as sexism and harassment. The NLRB claims SpaceX also interrogated and created an impression of surveillance among employees, restricted letter distribution, and disparaged participation in the open letter. A hearing is set for March 5 unless SpaceX settles the case. This follows similar criticisms of Musk's leadership at another of his companies, X (formerly known as Twitter).
